  Silveri Jewellers always has been and always will be my favourite jewellery store in Guelph. The staff is so friendly and they have amazing product in the store. I have had multiple repairs done in the store and the goldsmiths have done great work. Overall would highly recommend.

  I had them replace batteries and reseal a watch of mine. Whoever they use to do there work is terrible! Scratches all over the back side of my watch upon return, plastic pieces left inside the watch and they broke the movement in it. The watch is now in working order but I will not be returning for future work or purchases

  THEIVES!!!!... Only word that comes to my mind after dealing with this store. Recently went in and purchased 2 necklaces for my son to choose from to give to my wife as a birthday gift . The sales lady I delt with was aware of this and mentioned nothing about their "no return or refund" policy to me while I was purchasing both necklaces. Over the weekend my son chose one necklace and I went in to return the other one to which I was informed they don't do refunds/returns/exchanges . Not once was anything mentioned to me about this apon my purchase. They say it's in there store "policy" sitting on the counter. (12x8 piece of paper thats not even in eye sight). This policy was never pointed out to me when I was in there shopping for said necklaces .The manager proceeds to tell me it's the buyers responsibility to ask about returns policies when buying. Really?... how many consumers out there ask that on a daily basis when purchasing any type of product???...what a joke!!... then the sales lady tries to tell me she wasn't aware I was buying the 2 necklaces for my son to choose between to give to my wife . (which is a complete lie) . She was informed of this after I asked her to set aside the first one while I looked for the second one. But why would that matter if she knew or not if they have no intent on refunding items purchased?...so why the need to say you apparently "didn't know"??... the Manager then just turned his back and walked away from me and headed into the back (not one word said to what he was doing) 5 mins later he comes back out and says the owner says they will give me a gift cert. In exchange for the necklace we would like to return... now why on this earth would I want to return to such a pathetic , theiving, store to give you the satisfaction of selling me something else??... I ended up leaving the store with necklace in hand never to return . The way they do business is nothing more then dirty and deseaving. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS.
