  This is the best Pet Value in town. Patty and her staff are so knowledgeable and always willing to go above and beyond. Their selection of products is excellent and the staff know the products, they don't just sell them. I go out of my way to come to Patty's store because of how good it is. Very happy to have a store like this in town.

  Great store, super friendly staff who is really knowledgeable. 5 minute walk from home. Unfortunately I can't go back. Around noon on October 3rd I brought my pup in to shop with me as he has now received all of his shots. I've just spent 6 weeks carefully socializing him with people and animals , and my vet calls him "the happiest, friendliest dog in my practice". We walk in the door and a huge German Shepherd lunges around the end of the counter, growling and snarling. The idiot owner is somewhere down an aisle, stupidly bleating " sorry, sorry". Maybe controlling a vicious dog or better yet leaving it chained up at home would be better? I ran out the door before either of us could be attacked. Will be driving across town to Petsmart instead, hope that irresponsible fool is not a customer there .
