  As a potential customer on the outside looking in, the responses from the Manager (or whoever is responding to these) to peoples concerns on these google reviews are disgusting. How can you talk this way to people who just forked out what I am sure is thousands of dollars to your company. I want to know before purchasing from a dealership that if I do have any issues, big or small that the management are good kind people. Not people who down talk their customers so terribly when they have concerns. I had more then 1 person warn me about this dealership, but I was potentially going to pop in and get my own personal opinion. I will not be after reading the managers responses to customers.
