- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-15, by Jennifer PriorI've tried this location about 10 times now - at least 4 of those times I've had my drink messed up and the staff are unapologetic and slow. Starbucks is known as the iconic customized drink cafe... the prices certainly reflect so! I've had them overcharge me for a messed up drink and not even refund me the difference. Also, sad to find out that Starbucks soy milk contains carrageenan which upsets the GI tract... so, not a great dairy substitute. That's my last trip there.
