  Worst experience ever. We had a minor hitch on delivery day and we're informed in no uncertain terms that the issue "was not up for debate" and we could pay additional money to resolve the issue. One of the rudest, most arrogant sales associates I have had the misfortune to talk with. Good luck if you need to speak with a supervisor or manager, it takes 1 to 2 business days apparently, even then they typically do not return calls
