  I booked an appointment for a Thursday last week. They called back shortly after I booked and said they had an opening on Monday morning from 8-10 AM. I booked that, because it was much earlier and we wanted to deal with our squirrel issue asap. I stayed home from work, but nobody came. I called at 8:40 AM and they had no record of the Monday booking in their system. They probably do a good job if they actually show up, but I was late for work for no reason today. I called another company and they booked same day, and waived the inspection fee.
