I'm sick and tired of the inconsistent customer service provided by this Postal Office. Several occasions I've been and heard of customers parcel not being in or available even without checking. I had to pick up a parcel at 1pm and was there at 230pm and was told there was no parcel yet because they were unloading the truck. Horrible staff especially the old man with no social skills. Over paid.. let more privileged folks work this government job
