  Went here looking for a motorcycle helmet and bought one. Several staff looked after me around the store and they were all over and above helpful. For my needs selection was good. I drive an hour from Mississauga to get here and do not regret the trip. Check their online catalogue before the drive, that's what prompted me to make the trip.

  Overall shopping experience was great until we got in line to pay and leave, only had 1 cashier on till, she was overwhelmed and called for help, the girl that came to help walked up with a bag of chips and made a smart remark to the cashier calling for help, then she sat bag of chips down beside a register and flicked of her fingers trying to clean them of crumbs, then as a customer came up she proceeded to handle a nice white t shirt they were purchasing along with other items. It blew my mind that they are allowed to snack on the job in the middle of the store. But as thier slogan goes...Eat....Sleep....Ride. Might just get lucky enough on the next visit to see an employee sleeping on the job!

  I was in your store today to purchase alot of motorcycle accessories when we were approached by Kim ,an extremely experienced sales clerk. She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was a success. I would like to thank her very much for helping to make our trip from Hamilton a good one.
