I had placed the order from another province and they took care of it very efficiently and promptly. You helped us signficanlty to be there for family when they needed our support.   GREAT SERVICE AND WONDERFUL ARRANGEMENT OF BALLOONS FOR MY THIRTY YEAR OLD SON'S BIRTHDAY. Patti's went above and beyond to ensure that he answered his door (night shift sleeper) and delivered at specified time, not too early and not too late. I told Patti's to knock loud and hard. HE WAS THRILLED. I live a distance away so arrangements had to be specific and Patti's carried them out meticulously and all contact was friendly and professional. I felt like I was their most important customer of the day. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY SON'S DAY SPECIAL.
