I recently visited Octave Music Centre in Guelph looking for a 12-string guitar. The owner, Ken Wilson, was very welcoming and helpful and I'm very happy with my new Art Lutherie Legacy 12-string. We live outside of Waterloo and have music stores a lot closer to us but Octave Music Centre is by far the best of any that we have visited and I recommend it to anyone.
