I went to Marks Stone Rd branch in Guelph and I thought I would buy a highest quality shoes! I regretfully bought the so-called "Terra" shoes, which is supposed to be the highest quality in the market. 1.5 months, the "highest quality" shoes started to stink. The employee there couldn't be convinced that a bad smell shoes is for $10 shoes!! The employee refused to replace it!! This shoes cost me $200!! Will never ever get back to this branch!! Unfortunately, the lowest quality I've ever seen!!
