  funny how customer service is lost these days. Especially in these big chain stores. In days gone by...when you bought a new instrument you would sometimes get a little thing on the side...guitar strap, pack of strings or something...a simple gesture of thanks for being a customer. Bought a new guitar from them the other day and even got charged for two guitar picks...two picks I 'settled on' because they never have the ones I like. Just a silly little thing but mark my words, its the little things that matter. And there has been several little things. Mark me down as an ex L&M customer. From now on I am going to the "other place in town". Note to self....tell my friends who usually buy me L&M gift cards to go to the 'other place' from now on. Thanks L&M it was ok while it lasted. Don't get me wrong, they have a great selection and are convenient...just not my music store anymore.
