- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2020-04-02, by Peng DuGreat customer service ! Bought a St. Croix last year and broke it on Bass Opener 2017. I brought the rod to the store (even with no receipt) and the boss said nothing but helped with mailing the rod and then replaced a new one after couple of weeks with no cost (except the shipping fee). Great customer service!
