  Fixed the problem and gave a new sim card FOC. I've gotten 3 new sims FOC in my course with freedom, from this location too. They may not have the ultimate reach in network around Canada but very sufficient range for a city kid. Never spent more than 30mins waiting, keep in mind if it's busy, it's busy so wait your turn. Never experienced any employee pushing new plans or phones in my face during my visits. They just help the problem you have and wish you all the best, great great service, really take care of you.
