Auto Service - Poor customer Service I hope the auto service personnel learn how to treat people like customers, rather than an inconvenience. Went to book an appointment for an oil change while I was shopping at the store. I was invisible for almost 10 minutes. When I finally decide to approach one of the employees she seems to be annoyed that was there. Maybe because it was Sunday afternoon? I am not sure. Do your booking on the phone if you want to use their services, you will be treat you better if they don't see you I supposed.
