  You have a young guy at the auto parts when a old guy ask him about a light bulb he says go over there and punch it in he tried to and l didn’t have my reading glasses so we were having a hard time because the old guy didn’t know anything about computers findly the young guy asked if he could help only because he could hear me complain about getting no help l said that would be nice he did but he wasn’t nice. So if you want help at the auto parts I hope that young guy isn’t there to help you they need to know that not everyone will know how to work those punch in machines
